I’ll be challenging myself this month to think of the 21 reasons to be thankful for in life. This came to me while I laid in bed, hearing all the commotion downstairs as my parents took care of Sebastian and Jeff prepared my lemon tea with honey.
Although I wanted to complain about not being able to breathe through one nostril or having a headache, I knew everyone was willing to help out, and for that I was thankful. I got to thinking that there are other reasons to be thankful and blogging about it will work as a constant reminder for me.
So, without further or do, here’s my first “I’m thank for…” Session:
I’m thankful for having an amazing support system who care way more about me than I do myself — I tried getting up to work more than once, and each time Jeff reminded me of the importance of getting better. I’m still breastfeeding so it’s critical for Sebastian that mommy gets better. We’ve been giving him formula for a little over a month now but continue to breastfeed morning and night.
What are you thankful for? If you can think of 21 reasons (I’m sure there’s more) to be thankful, I suggest you join me in this challenge.
