Family Day
There’s nothing more precious than a day with family.
I’ve been watching the boys interacting with each other for months now and nothing warms my heart more than seeing them play together.
They’re inseparable, and I wouldn’t have it any other way.
Next month makes a year since we brought our youngest into this world. He’s been such a blessing in our lives. Our firstborn loves spending time with him, and he’s developed a bond with Jeff.
My husband may work 50+ hours a week, and sometimes comes home ready to go to bed, but there’s nothing more precious than the moments we share as a family.
Nights are always family nights, sharing highlights from our day, and playing with the boys. Days off are always full of adventure. We’re either exploring somewhere new or visiting the places we love. It’s exciting to share our everyday life together. We bring our pup everywhere we go because it makes it easier for us to enjoy the moments without having to worry about whether or not we fed him/took him for a walk.
Family and friends say we spoil our boys, but honestly, we do our best to give them the life they deserve. We’re always on vacation mode when we’re together.
We know there’s so much that lies ahead of us.
But if you breathe easy, things get better.
We’ve created our pack.
And together we’ll explore.
Even pick up the pieces of what’s been washed ashore.
So just enjoy the ride.

You wrote so little but said so much. Family should be celebrated more often that it is, I’m afraid.

This has got to be one of the sweetest post I’ve read all day. There’s nothing like being with family and spending as much time as you can together. It’s so nice to see the kids get along and just bond with each other. So long as you guys are together, there’s no storm that you can’t survive.
