No matter where you go, you will run into people who are trying to reach a goal in their lives. These people might be family or friends, and sometimes even strangers you meet along the way. Regardless of who these people are, they all need your support.
I can’t count how many times family and friends have reached out to me for help on attaining their goals, and I’m always so excited to hear how they were able to look beyond the struggles they encountered along their journey to success.
I’ll be honest, it took me some time to tell others about my blog, and how I was working with brands. Part of the reason why I held back was because I didn’t want anyone asking too many questions about it. After all, I was just starting out on this new adventure. And the other part of me didn’t want to tell anyone because they just wouldn’t understand.
The few people who knew about my blog were supportive, but there were others who sort of questioned why I was wasting my time.
To be honest, I didn’t start this blog to please anyone, and I never looked for anyone’s approval to get it started. This blog came about after a former co-worker mentioned I should start a mom blog and document my everyday life. It was a great suggestion, and I’ll forever be thankful for his words.

There are so many people who are working at all hours of the day to fund their dream job. And I’ve been fortunate enough to chat with several of these people — most of which are moms.
One of these moms is Aaronica Bell Cole over at The Crunchy Mommy. I’ve been fascinated with her journey since I met her on Periscope via the #NovemberScopers prompts. Aaronica has an online shop which features everyday items for your family. Although most of her handmade clothing are for females, she has these cute bow-tie bibs for the little gentlemen in your life. I recently picked one up for our infant.
Now I have my eye one of her latest tees: the Free To Be Me t-shirt. Because after all, that is the message she portrays on her blog.
Although I spend most of my online time working on the blog and promo for my website, I manage to take time out to help others promote their upcoming projects. After years of producing music for family and friends, my cousin Lexx Esposito is finally working on his music band and really pushing his own name this time around. I’m so happy for him because he’s really trying to make the most out the time he has out of work to fund his dream. If you’re in the NJ/NY area, feel free to come and show your support on June 18th.
If you know someone who is working on an upcoming project and needs your support, you can do any of the following to help invest in their dream: – Offer them your time; – Share any resources you may have; and
– Give them ideas on how they can create buzz for their project.
You’ll be surprised how much they genuinely appreciate whatever help you’re willing to offer.
