This week, I’m focusing on the word regret. There aren’t many things I regret in life, but there is a list I’ve come up with that I’ll be sharing later in the week.
Some people regret doing things, while others regret not taking risks. Either way, regret can be a good thing. It all depends on your point of view.
For me, regretting the things I didn’t do has made me a stronger person today. I’m a lot nicer to people these days than I’ve ever been. Including those I’ve kept at a distance for whatever reason.
Today, let’s do something we might regret tomorrow. Like really taking a personal day just to recover from last week’s — or last night’s — madness.
