Bloggin’ Mamas has been working with Hialeah Park to help spread the news that the iconic South Florida landmark, known as “the world’s most beautiful race course,” has recently completed a multi-million dollar capital improvement project to its ballrooms and events division. It was no surprise why Heather Lopez, Head Mama in Charge, chose this beautiful place to host the Bloggin’ Mamas Pink and White Havana Night event.
Lopez is not alone in helping share the potential of Hialeah Park. Together with Sonia Guerra, also known as Bohemian Babushka, Lopez has been able to partner with Hialeah Park to work on their social media presence and re-connect with locals. “Many of our local bloggers held weddings, receptions, and quinceañeras at Hialeah Park,” noted Lopez in a press release. “We want them to see what the Brunetti family has done to the venue and encourage them to bring their personal events back to this historic property with its glamorous architecture and landscaped gardens.”

For Bloggin’ Mamas, it is more than just sharing their thoughts on social media, it is about connecting with surrounding businesses, big or small, and sharing their message.
Lopez is taking Bloggin’ Mamas to the next level. “We have a voice that people are tapping into,” explained Lopez during her speech. “Moms are taking that power of word-of-mouth and using it.” She then added: “We can help small businesses and large because moms are more cost-effective to work with.”
Several companies were invited to this private bloggers, media and PR event. I was able to make a few connections and cannot wait to reconnect with everyone in the near future.
