The weather can be quite unpredictable here in South Florida. This has made traveling with our little ones a bit more of a challenge. Just putting the kids in the car for a family trip takes an extra 10 minutes or so.
Fortunately, we had my husband’s family over last month for us to enjoy some time out.

Traveling with an infant means you carry a number of items with you for “just in case” scenarios. One of the things I’ve never been a fan of is carrying a car seat everywhere. I applaud moms who have the strength to carry their child’s car seat with their sleeping babies wherever they go.
We recently took a family trip to the beach to grab lunch by the water. There’s nothing more refreshing than being by the water, and feeling the ocean breeze on your skin.
After months of being indoors with a newborn, two boys and two pups, it was nice to get out and breathe in some of that salty air.
Prepping for this trip was interesting. We had half of my husband’s family staying with us, and the other half staying over at my brother-in-law’s home. Thankfully, we’re less than 10 minutes away from each other so this made meeting up before we headed out, a success.
During this trip, we introduced our little one to the Maxi-Cosi Magellan™ Max car seat. It was the perfect car seat for our trip — comfortable and stylish.
The Maxi-Cosi Magellan™ Max transitions to meet your child’s needs every step of the way. From Baby Rear-Facing to Belt-Positioning Booster, the Maxi-Cosi Magellan™ Max offers a customized fit for all growth stages and ensures maximum protection in the proper position.
Another perk to purchasing a Maxi-Cosi car seat is that each one is made with premium fabrics that are machine washable and have a contemporary, timeless look.
In addition, Maxi-Cosi is considered to be a top-selling car seat brand worldwide. For more than 30 years, Maxi-Cosi car seats have carried over 50 million babies home from the hospital.
