Each time I see this image I ask myself the question, “Which step are you?” Most of the time I’m at “I can do it” but I move down to “I’ll try to do it” by the end of the day. It’s always easier to plan ahead. Execution is the most important part.
This week I saw one of my friends on Facebook posted a video fitness journal. It appears to be a daily thing, and it made me wonder whether or not tracking my fit journey would be best. This way I’d be able to look back and run a comparison.
So here it goes.
This week I cut out sugary drinks from my diet and no more weekly candy fix. Sorry, sour worms, you’ll have to go on without me.
P.S.: Today marks three weeks since I started planning weekly dinners. Tonight is Mexican Monday. I can’t wait to shop for this week’s yummy dishes!

Yeah, it's really hard to execute things. I struggle with that all the time, mostly because I'm too ambitious with my day and want to do too much. I was thinking of tracking my fitness post-baby and if that would help or put too much pressure on me. Regardless, I think the motivation has to come from within. I wish you the best =)
By the way, I've nominated you for the Liebster Award. Take a read here: http://bit.ly/1g3HTTU
Thank you, Mrs. ShuGar. I'm working on the post now. 🙂 Hope you're having a wonderful Tuesday!
